Technical Support Agent
As a technical support agent you should have a proven track record of working with a range of technologies in small to medium sized businesses. Your primary role will be to support our growing customer base utilising remote tools and looking after our internal company infrastructure and its users. You will be the first line of support and the first point of contact for many of our customers.
As an internal administrator, your primary role will be to support our engineers and technicians from our Southampton Head Office. Daily tasks will include booking of appointments, follow up calls with customers to gather feedback on customer satisfaction and service levels and performing other regular office admin duties.
