15 minute SLA backed Emergency Response 
With guaranteed service response times we make sure that any critical calls for help are dealt with promptly, ensuring any business impacts are kept to an absolute minimum

24×7 Remote Monitoring of System Alerts 
Monitoring can detect potential issues with disk drives running out of space, or processor and memory utilization being consistently too high. Full monitoring enables us to look much closer than our basic monitoring offering. Here we can pre-emptively identify failed server components, ensuring they are replaced before or immediately at the time they fail, rather than potentially missing these failures that can lead to a catastrophic data loss. We can also monitor supported vendors backup jobs to ensure backups complete without any errors, and monitor broadband connectivity for issues such as packet loss.

Preventative Maintenance 
Covers any issues relating to your server infrastructure. Ensuring your critical services and applications are running to the best of their ability. Combined with our monitoring services, issues can be detected and resolved before they turn into bigger, company-wide issues that could cause a loss of service.

Complete OS Patch and Update Installation 
We regularly test and approve the latest Microsoft patches, as well as some third party programs such as Flash, Adobe Reader and Java. Your PC’s and Servers will always be kept up-to-date with the latest recommended updates, to reduce the security risk to your business. Furthermore, we will always aim to prevent any damaging application updates from being installed on your systems, as this does happen from time to time.

Remote/Onsite Workstation Support 
Support for all staff and their IT devices. Use Colva tech as your IT help desk to resolve any technical issue. The majority of user support we provide is performed remotely, with on-site assistance required as needed.

Quarterly Business Review & Planning Meetings 
With 90 day rolling contracts we always schedule quarterly business reviews with all of our Premium Support customers ensuring Colva tech are looking after your business in the way you need us to.

Colva Block Time

If you want to test our services before committing to a 90 day fixed price support agreement, or are just looking for someone to support you when times are busy then we offer a Block Time agreement. You can purchase a minimum of 10 hours from us to be used whenever you need it, reducing our hourly fee to £65.00 per hour as well as backing your calls up with a fixed SLA
